Luigi CAZZOLA

Director of the department for risk prevention 'Az. Ulss Feltre', Italy

Dr. Luigi Cazzola is director of the department for risk prevention 'Az. Ulss Feltre - Regione Veneto', which is a structure which aims, inter alia, the promotion of health, hygiene and safety. Mr Cazzola is the head of the detection centre (mammography, colorectal tumour). He headed up the project 'Health Care Staff Mobility in Europe' and is in charge of the partnership for the European project INTERREG IIIA 'Care and Cross-border Aid for the Sick'.
At present, he is in charge of the European project 'Cross-border mobility of health care professionals' (Carinthia - Friuli V.G.- Venetia), within the framework of the INTERREG IV (2007-2013) programme.
Moreover, he is a member of SANICADEMIA, the International Academy for training health care professionals, and he is a teacher of health care management at the faculty of medicine at the University of Padua.
