Partner and co-founder of Vision Enabler Consulting since May 2005, both in London and Paris, Hamid Senni is responsible for delivering international strategy and engaging world leaders on Diversity & Inclusion, aiming to move this issue into their priority list and agenda. The mission of the company is to help global organisations (mainly Fortune 500) to increase their performance. Before launching Vision Enabler, Hamid spent three years in British Petroleum’s High Potential Program, working across 8 European countries. He also worked for Ericsson in Stockholm, Sweden and Crown Europe in Oxford, United Kingdom. Hamid has completed his MBA in management in Gothenburg, Sweden and he also holds Master degrees in Information Systems and Economics from the University of Grenoble, France. In October 2010, he started teaching at Sciences Po in Paris "Diversity & Performance" to HR MBA students. His book "De la Cité à la City" (From the housing project to the City of London), describes his own personal experience. Born in France with a migration background, Hamid Senni will hold a testimony about migration and integration during CESI Symposium.
