Franjo Steiner has, for many years, been in charge of the field of 'Intercultural Education and Integration' at the Intercultural Centre, which focuses on intercultural educational work at national and international level as well as integration management (overseeing the development of integration concepts) for local authorities and regions. In a series of processes related to the drafting of integration models, but above all when it came to working with local authorities on different scenarios related to the topic of immigration, the work focused on ways to include administration offices and local authority decision makers. Alongside this job, Franjo Steiner works as a coach and supervisor and is a consultant in the field of quality management.
