| Carmen Guaita Fernandez is a member of CESI’s professional council, EDUC. Degree in Philosophy and in Education, she is Vice Secretary General of ANPE since 2010. She has been in charge of communication for ANPE since 2002, and since then she participates weekly in TV and radio debates. She has worked for a total of 21 years as a teacher in Spain, and she has published four books about childhood and education. |
