Randhir Auluck is Programme Director for Leaders Unlimited and various other programmes in the Leadership and Strategy team. Until April 2010, Randhir Auluck was Head of Knowledge Strategy in the Sunningdale Institute at the National School of Government and led on an organisation-wide skills mapping initiative. Prior to this, she was on secondment to the French Ministry of Finance, Economy and Industry in Paris where she worked on briefing papers on comparative public sector reform issues.
In terms of other roles, Randhir Auluck was Head of Diversity Strategy in the Centre for Management and Policy Studies (CMPS), after having managed CMPS projects in many different countries.
Before joining the civil service, Randhir Auluck was a lecturer at the Business School at Coventry University. She has published papers on a range of organisation and management themes including inter-agency collaboration, strategic human resource development, benchmarking and diversity. She contributed to the UN World Public Sector Report 2005 and to various OECD research projects.
