| A psychologist through his work and the organisations to which he belongs, François Tomas began his career in personnel management in the pharmaceutical industry before quickly returning to public administration for the Brussels Employment Services (Actiris). For several years, he came up with numerous projects there linked to modernising public services and jobs before, joining the advisory board for Human Resources, Hudson. Having first worked as a head hunter for companies, he quickly returned to his passion: public services. Today, François Tomas is in charge of support and advisory missions in the field of managing human capital for the Belgian, federal, regional and local institutions as well as those operating at European and international level. |
